Assigning Specifications to a Report

Prerequisites

The report does not have status RR ( Report request ), GP ( Generation possible ), SE ( System error ), or GF ( Generation failed ).

You have authorization to edit the report header.

Procedure

  1. In the Product Safety menu choose one of the following paths:

    • ¡ Start of the navigation path Reports Next navigation step Report Management Next navigation step Set Reports to Historical End of the navigation path

  2. Enter your search criteria and choose with the quick info text Report Tree .

    If the SAP system finds one or more reports that fulfill your search criteria, the Report Management: Report Tree screen appears.

  3. Position the cursor on the report line and choose with the quick info text Select Subtree .

  4. Choose with the quick info text Header .

    The report header data is displayed.

  5. In the Assigned Specifications group box, assign the report specifications for which the report is valid.

    Note Note

    You can only assign specifications for which no released reports for the same generation variant exist.

  6. Confirm and save your entries.
